Hi Folks !

I just can’t wait any longer to send you this note.  Things are moving quickly toward our March 24 “Go The Distance” Spring Show at the Mesa Performing Arts Center.  

Our 20-man ‘A Cappella Syndicate’ chorus  -- the #1 male a cappella chorus in Arizona --- is having so much fun and success with each other and with audiences !   We are rehearsing a wide variety of familiar music, including some terrific new songs, and have been enjoying enthusiastic standing ovations at every public performance so far!  This rollicking professional and entertaining show of fantastic harmonies will be a memorable uplifting experience that I’d personally love to share with you !   This is the best a cappella chorus I’ve ever had the pleasure of singing in, and so I’d like to invite you to join us for this fun day.

For those of you living in Tucson, each year we charter a luxury bus or 2 to attend the Saturday Matinee show and stop for a delicious dinner at a nice restaurant after the show.   People continue to enthuse about the day – terrific entertainment, good food, new friends  and no driving !  We’ll leave Tucson about 11:00am, attend the 2:00pm show,  and have dinner afterward at the Claim Jumper Restaurant in Tempe.  See their extensive menu at www.claimjumper.com.   It’s conveniently located near the I-10 expressway so we should be back in Tucson well before 9:00pm.  

Show ticket prices are $30 and the reasonable bus prices have held steady, so the cost for the show and the bus will be between $50 & $55. per person again this year !  The fuller the busses, the lower the cost per person.  I will let you know the final price when I bring the tickets to you 1-2 weeks before March 24.

This note is to let you know about it, and ask you to let me know of your interest.  Last year, there were people who wanted to go but found out about it too late.   So please tell the people you know who might be interested in this fun day and come together as a group – neighbors, bridge groups, church friends, golfing buddies, etc. The more, the merrier !    All are welcome !

If you are at all interested, I’d like to ask that you do two things---

1. Be sure March 24, 2018 is blocked off on your calendars now to reserve the date.

2. Please give me feedback on your interest in ……     

      a. riding the chartered bus to the Saturday 2:00pm show followed by dinner together on the way home

      b. driving your own car to the 2:00pm show and being on your own for dinner, etc.

      c. driving yourself to Mesa to attend the 7:00pm show instead of the 2:00pm show.

I will reserve a block of matinee tickets as soon as they are available.   Matinee tickets do go fast, so please let me know soon if you’d like to go (one of the 3 choices above), preferably by Friday, February 2, 2018.   Let me know if you have questions, too.    I’ll send more details in late February or early March to those who respond.  I’ve already heard from many of you.
